Slow Flow Yoga
This class is a great way to dive into your wellness journey. We often find that those who enroll in our classes are surprised and excited by their own capacities, and through this class you will discover a whole new world that yoga has to offer.
The instructor will present a topic that practitioners can share about in a group setting to help each other through struggles and hardships.
Yin yoga classes consist of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer.

3 yoga, 3 boxing, 3 HIIT
Yoga- a Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline. For me, yoga has been a journey of healing and self-discovery. Having dealt with a lot of trauma in my life I've found the spiritual practice of yoga to be integral in my path of recovery. I now feel compelled to share that with anyone else trying to escape the great labyrinth that is life. -Rob
Hey there! My name is Will Rowe, as a native Charlestonian and a graduate with a Master’s in history from the College of Charleston. I pair my background as a trauma researcher with metaphysical modalities to structure a unique class environment. I am also a musician and my classes will be heavily infused with music. I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to practice yoga with you, especially if you've never given it a try before. In my spare time I'm seeing live music, trying new restaurants, singing, and loving nature.
